Character Name: Lan Fan
Unit: Cardinal
Description of powers: Lan Fan is a master in Xingese marital arts, including hand-to-hand combat and weapons--in particular kunai and other throwing knives. She is also able to read 'the dragon's pulse', or the life energy of living things around her.
Strength/Extent of powers: Lan Fan, again, is an accomplished fighter--she has to be to be placed as an imperial retainer. She is capable of movements and speed one would expect in wire-fu, however these are all human-based and abilities developed through training. As for the dragon's pulse, she can sense large energies within twenty yards or so (she is shown sensing Envy on the roof of a building from the inside of it), for smaller energies (i.e. a single properly human-sized life) it would be within the same room and possibly the surrounding rooms.
